I've received some author copies of the book, which means it is off the printer and headed for distribution!

The book went to the printer last week. That means as soon as they can get it printed and into distribution it will be available.

When working with the modules in the book, you can group them with a package name so they show up together on the module listings page. This is done by adding an additional line to each module's .info file.
