I believe Amazon has sold out all their stock and is awaiting more. But Barnes and Noble is showing shipment within 24 hours.

Of course, you'll have to make your Drupal Association donation separately then! :)

bought the single copy...

At the Barnes & Noble on Astor Place in Manhattan. The price is > $40 in the store if you order it online you can find it for closer to $30. So far the book is easy to read and worth the $43 I spent. Check with bn.com and your local stores you may get lucky and have one in stock :)

Received It The Next Day

I ordered the book online at BN.com. Used the free, standard shipping and the book arrived the next day. Needless to say, I'll be very busy reading this weekend.
